This Privacy Policy describes how Break Away Media ("we," "us"), operated by Fabian Garcia, handles information in connection with our internal social media publishing tools (the "Service"). The Service is used solely by us to publish our own content to our own social media accounts, including our TikTok account.
The Service is a private, first-party tool. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public. The only account it accesses is the account of the operator who authorizes it.
When the operator connects an account, we receive access tokens from the platform (for example, TikTok) that allow the Service to upload and publish videos to that operator's own account. We also handle the video files and captions that the operator chooses to publish. We do not collect, request, or store personal information from any other users.
Access tokens are used only to publish the operator's own videos on the operator's own schedule. We do not use them for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
Access tokens are stored securely on a private server controlled by us and are used only by our automated publishing process. Tokens can be revoked by the operator at any time through the platform's settings.
We retain access tokens only for as long as the Service is in use. When access is revoked or the Service is discontinued, the tokens are deleted.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as TikTok through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
