These Terms of Service govern the use of Break Away Media's internal social media publishing tools (the "Service"), operated by Fabian Garcia ("we," "us"). The Service is a private, first-party tool used solely by us to publish our own content to our own social media accounts.
The Service is not offered to the public and is intended only for our own authorized use. It connects to social media platforms, such as TikTok, through their official APIs to upload and publish our own videos to our own accounts.
We use the Service in compliance with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform. The Service is not used to access, collect, or interact with other users' data, or to post on behalf of anyone other than the account owner who authorized it.
All content published through the Service is our own original content, and we are responsible for it.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
